PLACING AN ORDER
Ordering online with Natural Extracts Australia is easy. First, browse through our selection of exciting items and choose the item(s) you would like to purchase. Then add the item to your shopping cart and continue shopping or go to check out. Simple!

CANCELLING MY ORDER
After you have clicked ‘Place Order’ your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact a <Customer Service> representative by e-mail or phone. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders from outside Australia will have a lag time in processing due to the time difference. Please consult your clock to determine the time difference to your location.

SALES TAX / DUTY
Natural Extracts Australia is not required by law to charge sales tax for orders however VAT may apply. In that event, your order will be charged accordingly. If your order is shipping outside of Australia, you may be subject to DUTY.

BREAKAGE / REPLACEMENT
You order will be packed with the utmost care however, we will also insure packages being shipped out of country. Should you receive your package with broken goods, please take a photo of the package and the broken goods and include them in a e-mail along with your order number and contact details. We will send you further instructions upon receipt.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping options will depend on the location to which product is being shipped as well as the weight of the order. Small orders for personal use will generally be shipped, UPS, FedEx or by Post. We recommend UPS. If you are ordering bulk, the carrier will be determined prior to shipment and rates and fees associated with the shipment will be quoted at that time.

SHIPPING TO A POST OFFICE BOX ADDRESS
We are able to ship to valid PO boxes within Australia through regular Post. If shipping to the US, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. Please ensure your shipping address is a physical address able to receive packages.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Special shipping and handling charges apply to orders shipped outside of Australia. These charges will be applied at time of purchase and added to your order. If ordering bulk, you will be notified prior to shipment of the charges or you can call or e-mail <Customer Service> for exact charges.
